Do you have a guide on how to properly setup public folders for a tenant?
CP 3.1.1.0, Exchange 2016
I’ve done some testing but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right:
When I look under “Features->Microsoft Exchange->Public Folder Mailboxes” I’m not able to delete one that I created.
Is it possible to set permissions on the root “Public Folder” for a Company or do I have to create a subfolder in order to set permissions?

You cannot set permissions on the root folder with CloudPanel. This was left off because of the chance of mistakes being made and leakage of information between tenants.
What do the logs say when you try to delete the public folder mailbox?
