I have a question about Public Folder “Mailbox Size in Megabytes”. What does this field limit?
I have created plan with 10 MB size, but on public folder mailbox for that tenant limit is 2GB (database default). Please see image in attachment.
It actually should be setting those values on the public folder mailbox. Was this public folder mailbox created in a previous version of CloudPanel?
No, it is created in the latest version.

Well I do not really have an explaination why that public folder mailbox doesn’t have the values set from the mailbox plan because that doesn’t make any sense. I’m assuming it wasn’t changed on the backend.
No it wasn’t changed on the backend. Is this option working in your lab enviroment? I was trying to access your demo ECP to check that, but superadmin@lab.local doesn’t have the rights…

I enabled a new public folder mailbox on the demo site and it is showing correctly. However looking at the older public folder mailboxes it appears they are using the default size which means it wasn’t working in an earlier version of CloudPanel. It is possible that the LAB was updated because the lab environment has the latest versions as we are working on them (it is also our test environment).
I have version 3.1.1005 installed.
