Hi,

I am doing an Exchange 2010 to 2016 migration. I have updated CloudPanel and pointed it to the new Exchange server. I see the new databases in the Dashboard however when I go and create a new user in CloudPanel, I still see the 2010 databases as the only option as to where to add the new user.

Any clues as to why that is?

thanks

It will continue to show the old databases because they are still in your environment. They will go away once you finish the migration. Also it is typically best practice to let Exchange to choose the database and not manually pick and choose for a multi-tenant environment.

Understood however when I create new users with this setup in CloudPanel how do I make sure that they go in the new databases on the Exchange 2016 server?
