How do I set a message for external mail. example:IMPORTANT NOTICE – This message sourced from an external mail server outside of the Company”
This is usually set via a rule in the mail transport. Is there any documentation on this? Set per domain if possible

You would need to do this directly on Exchange with a transport rule or through your smart host. You can’t set this in CloudPanel yet.

That’s what I thought, This would be a global setting and apply to all domains correct?

No, you should be able to apply a transport rule to a specific set of security/distribution groups
