I’m getting Connecting to remote server XXXXXXX failed Access is denied. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

I’ve gone over the solutions and all seems correct. I am uncertain if I did this one correct. Can you give some idiot explanations how to
1 Verify that the Application Pool in IIS that CloudPanel is using has an identity with a user account that is part of the security group Organization Management

* Open IIS
* Click Applications Pools
* Should be an Application Pool named “CloudPanel”
* Look at the “Identity” column
* If that identity column is set to ApplicationPoolIdentity then it is incorrect

* Expand Sites
* Find the CloudPanel application
* Click it and select Basic Settings on the right
* Verify that application pool is set to your CloudPanel application pool

Make sure the server running cloudpanel is domain joined

That was the problem

I didn’t have Application Pool named “CloudPanel”.

Many Thanks
