Ok we found the problem. The problem is caused by an old trigger left on the SQL table “cp_Users”. The problem is the trigger tries to update the “Users” table but it was renamed to cp_Users in version 3.1.1000:

If you upgraded to 3.1.1001 then should of changed the SQL table to cp_Users instead of just “Users”.

It seems like some of the files were not updated properly. Can you try to reset IIS or reboot the CloudPanel server? Also find CloudPanel.dll in the BIN directory and look at the Properties->Details and tell me the version it says on the DLL.

Yes, the table name is cp_Users in sql.Restarted, no difference. CloudPanel.dll version is 3.1.1.0. My previous version was v3.1.0830.

Did the updated files I sent you resolve your issue?

Sorry, no difference. Didn?t you get my reply email?

I think we need to do a remote session then because something doesn’t add up. The files I sent you don’t use that name. Can you email me at jdixon@knowmoreit.com and let me know your availability? I will be available in about 45 minutes if you can be.
