I get An error occurred while executing the command definition. See the inner exception for details, message when I log on. I copied this from the log and attached screenshot as well. What can I do to fix this?

How many users do you have? It looks like it is timing out when trying to update the database. Are you having any resource problems with SQL or the CloudPanel server?
It’s still a relatively new setup. I only have 45 users on, but the connection to exchange is over WAN (sometimes it’s slow). I allocated more RAM to cloudpanel VM and error has not come yet, hopefully that’s the fix.
Is the connection to the SQL database over WAN too or just Exchange?
Also are you on 3.1.0805?
No, SQL and Cloudpanel is on same VM which connects to Exchange over WAN, and yes I’m on latest build. Version: 3.1.0.805
