Hi there. How do we import existing mutli-tenatns Exchange configuration into CloudPanel?

Typically we prefer to do this for you as part of the migration but if you want to look at this article it can help:

Unfortunately, I do not even see “Tenants” OU in import settings 🙁

You will have to manually add those to the database if you are importing organizational units. Let me double check on that though.

You can import companies using the import page listed in the KB above but if you need to actually get customers imported then please contact us to assist with that.
