[Solved] How to create Mail-Enabled Public Folders

Dear Colleagues,  I created  new company plan  with Mail-Enabled Public Folders – 1

Created new Company using this plan 

Then when I try to Public Folders Mailbox, and try to choose plan – I don’t see any plan 

 

What is wrong ?

Did you take a look at the public folder information here: https://kb.knowmoreit.com/en/integrations-msexchange

You need to create your first public folder mailbox so the master hierarchy exists. The company plan doesn’t apply to public folders though, you need to configure a mailbox plan for them.
