[Solved] How to check version correctly?

If I look in Modify Settings under?Dashboard/Admin/Settings it shows a version of 3.1.1.0. However, I can’t see a version with that number on the downloads page. Do you know what version this is please or is there a more accurate way of checking the version? I looked at the properties of Cloudpanel.dll but that also shows 3.1.1.0, it has a date of 30/03/2016 00:57 if that helps. If it is 3.1.1.0 can I update to the latest by just downloading and installing?
