[Solved] Error message when trying to delete users

When I try to delete users, i get
Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

I’m running VERSION: 3.2.318.0 and the users i’m trying to delete do not have an exchange mailbox attached to it….

I bypassed the problem. 

i removed the users manually from the sql database and deleted them in AD also

This can happen if the user you are trying to delete is part of a privileged group (like Domain Admins) or your CloudPanel application pool isn’t running under a user that has the correct rights. Is this a domain admin?

No, the users are not a domain admin, and no member of a privileged group
the cloudpanel application pool is running with the domain admin credentials….
