[Solved] Error creating mailbox on Exchange 2016
Hi,
we updating our CloudPanel to Version 3.2.0301.0 and Service to Version 3.2.0.300.0.
When we will create a new Mailbox we receive the following message in our Cloudpanel Log…

best regards and thank you for helping
It looks like it is unable to find the public folder mailbox in your environment. On the right menu in CloudPanel you should see Public Folder Mailboxes link under config. Go to that and you should find a refresh button to pull in all the public folder mailboxes into CloudPanel. Then try again
Hi Jacob, thank you for your answer! I have found the issue, under “Setup CloudPanel” -> Microsoft Exchange -> “Public Folders Enabled” If I set this switch “on” then I have the problem when creating the user mailboxes.
I’m glad you found a resolution. If you decide to enable public folders in the future please use this article: http://kb.knowmoreit.com/configuring-cloudpanel/configuring-and-using-public-folders/
