[Solved] Error after login

Hello,

I’ve restored a backup and getting the next error when logging in.

Version 3.1.1.5

?

Error!

The cast to value type ‘System.Int32’ failed because the materialized value is null. Either the result type’s generic parameter or the query must use a nullable type.

You need to send the logs to support@knowmoreit.com.

Before you do so you need to be at the latest version. We can remote in and look at your system with you.

That’s the big problem i posted in the forums…..

When installing / upgrading to the new version i’m getting the error in the last forumpost in the community forums.

I’m totally stuck 🙁

You need to email us at support@knowmoreit.com so we can start a remote session with you. We haven’t received anything from you via email yet.

Also we need the log files. You can find the log files in the Log directory within the CloudPanel directory. Email them as well (do not post here)
