Error 554 5.6.0 send mail internal users
Hi!
I installed perfectly cloud panel v3.1.0805.
I install it on a functional exchange server 2013 CU10, and my old users are working correctly.
The new users/mailbox created from the cloud panel app, are created ok, but when i try to send mail to an internal user, i have the next error:
No se pudo entregar a estos destinatarios o grupos:

Can you help me?
Founds like an issue with your Exchange environment and not CloudPanel. Honestly I would have to connect to your Exchange and troubleshoot which there is a cost for that.
First thing I would do it make sure your Exchange enviornment is fully patched (Microsoft only supports CU for 2 months if a newer one is available, thats why they always ask you to upgrade first) and check your eventviewer on Exchange for any other issues.
Hi,
i restart the transport services and works correctly.
But, when i created a new hosting domain, i need to restart the services…
Thanks.
No you shouldn’t have to restart services when creating a new hosting domain. You probably need to verify that your DC replication isn’t a problem.
so, i don’t understand because do it, but is true.
I need to restart the transport service… today it does again…
I will try to view it tomorrow.
Thanks a lot.
Something is wrong with your environment then. I can’t really tell you what that is unless I remote in and look. All CloudPanel does when enabling a domain for Exchange is running the New-AcceptedDomain command against exchange. The only situation I could see this being an issue is if your domain controllers have replication issues.
