We are getting Error 500 – The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request. Details can be found below:
The cast to value type ‘System.Int32’ failed because the materialized value is null. Either the result type’s generic parameter or the query must use a nullable type.
We`re getting this error for the follwing reports:
-Executive Summary
-Mailbox Plan Overview
-Mailbox Plan Billing Report
We are using Version 3.2.311.0

Send send the logs to support@knowmoreit.com. I wouldn’t attach them here unless it gives you a “private” option because it could contain some sensitive information.

Please send all the log files in the log directory where CloudPanel is installed
