Hello,

After the upgrade to 3.1.0.905 we only have the documentation option available for the global admin. The global admin see the documentation option at all companies.

The reseller admin or company admin didn’t see the documentation option at all

The documentation is currently only available for super administrators… it should of been that way in the previous version also. The permissions have not been completed to support reseller admin and/or company admins.

Where are you guys see any Documentation? I just just installed this software and can not find any documentation except to the video that show you how to install it. That video appears to be several versions old, and very clearly states that he will not go in to detail about how to setup the exchange side of things. Is there an documentation that shows the details that he did not tell us?

Ihsan,

I am sorry to ask this but what part of your reply has to do with my question about documentation? I believe that your question for help is misplaced. I would normally attempt to help. However, since I have had to login to see a possible answer to my question only find a question that has nothing to do with the original post, I believe that I will pass on the assisting part other than to say that I had a similar problem and wish you luck. Maybe if this posting is posted somewhere that make since it might get answered in a thread that would be useful to others.

David,

Patrick is talking about the documentation module inside of CloudPanel. We are still working on the documentation for CloudPanel but we do not have any plans on documenting how to setup the Exchange environment other than what is needed for CloudPanel (which is already under the quickstart guide)
