Hi there

I’ve attached a screenshot of our CP dashboard. As you can see, most of it is blank (the email tracking section?below the screenshot is also blank), the Mailbox Size Allocated doesn’t seem to line up with anything on the server (there is only around 16GB in use) and the Mailbox Space Used has a “b” rather than any figures. There are also a number of Pending transactions (that we aren’t aware of as not noticed any problems with the users).

Just wanted to check whether this is something peculiar to our install or just some features that aren’t quite finished yet.

Cheers

Ollie

That is because you do not seem to be running the CloudPanel Scheduler. There is two downloads with every CloudPanel released, one for CloudPanel and one for the scheduler.

The scheduler is a Windows service that gathers information periodically and stored it in the CloudPanel database

?

We have an article on this service and how to adjust settings after it has been installed: http://knowmoreit.com/kb/cloudpanel-scheduler/what-is-the-scheduler/

?

Thanks a lot Jacob! I’ve installed that now and I don’t see anything in Pending so hopefully that has resolved the problem. Not seeing anything in System History etc. yet but presume they will populate as I go along.

Can you tell me what rights the service account needs for?the service? I know it needs Log on as a service, I’m more asking about AD/Exchange rights needed (if any).

Use the same account you used in CloudPanel and on the application pool for the service username/password. It will need the same rights
