We are still running a cloudpanel from 2-3 years ago.
A Customer wants a room mailbox. We want it isolated to this Customer. how can we do that in a safe matter? i cant see this option in the GUI of the clodpanel. Is it possible to hide it from other customers if we create this room mailbox from Exchange admin center?
First thing… you REALLY should update haha.
Secondly you can but it won’t be in CloudPanel. You need to create a room mailbox and set the CustomAttribute1 field of that mailbox to the company code of the company you want to associate it with. Secondly you need to assign that new mailbox to the company’s Address book Policy.

but it seems like we are also on the Office 365 Train, slowly moving Customer in that direction. But it will take 1 year appx.
i will try to find these customatrribute1.
