I can’t seem to get a member of Company Admins group (Permissions config) to add another admin in Users. Any ideas? Thanks.

On the permission group, you need to give them the “Edit Permission” option. Have you tried that?

Yes. That seemed the obvious place to start.

I will have to see if I can reproduce this. It looks like that should be all that is required, but it may be that company admins can’t do this and only reseller admins and super admins can.
