I have created user under reseller but when i login as company admin and try to access user details than i got below error,

sorry, i can’t see any option to attach picture. Everything ticket except below 3 item

Add Companies
Delete Companies
This are only difference between re-seller account and company admin account.

@austitshotmail-com Then most likely you enabled Department Lockdown which is a feature you probably don’t want. Check out this KB article: http://kb.knowmoreit.com/how-to/how-to-configure-a-company-admin-to-login-to-cloudpanel/ . The department lock down will limit access to users that only have the same department
Issue was fixed with the department lockdown setting being unchecked.
