[Solved] Cloudpanel trying to contact decommissioned Exchange Server
Cloudpanel will not allow us to disable any users that had mailboxes on our now decommissioned exchange server. How can we stop Cloudpanel from trying to contact the Exchange server, thus allowing us to disable users?
Then your only option is to go in SQL and change the MailboxPlan column to 0 for all those users. You can bulk disable and enable with CloudPanel. Next time you may want to do that instead of the backend because you get it all out of sync (there isn’t a two way sync going on)
I guess I’m not following… Did you disable all mailboxes and Exchange and now CloudPanel is out of sync because it doesn’t know you did that on the back end?

We have now done that but are still getting an error when trying to disable a user account with a mailbox. The error just says “Error!” and specifies the user’s email address below.
