Cannot delete company from companies tab

When I go to delete a company from the companies tab, I receive an error “The server is not operational.” I have deleted all mailboxes, disabled exchange, and cleared up most on the exchange server side. Only thing I cannot do is delete them from the companies page. If I need to provide a license key, I can.

The latest uses port 636 and needs a certificated on the DC. Do you have an internal CA? Copy the ldp.exe program from a domain controller and run it on the CloudPanel server to see if CloudPanel can connect to your DC using SSL and 636

Yes the communication between them is fine. This does not seem to be the issue.

In almost all cases so far, that has been the issue. CloudPanel utilizes port 636 and has to trusted the LDAP certificate bound to the LDAPS service on your domain controller in the newer versions. If you are confident that isn’t the issue, you will need to email support@knowmoreit.io and let us do a remote session. The error response is that it can’t communicate with your domain controller specified for that particular action (not all actions are performed directly with the DC, that is why some are working and some are not)
