Bug in Outlook 2016 for mac

There seems to be an issue with Outlook for mac connecting users created in CloudPanel based on the specific OU. The administrator login connects fine however any accounts created in CloudPanel cannot authenticate. Outlook for PC works fine. I narrowed it down to the OU. Not sure if it’s permissions or Pre-2000 names related.

Had to enable EWS for created users. Thanks

It could be you have EWS turned off on the mailbox plan that CloudPanel uses because I believe it uses EWS to connect. I doubt it would be anything to do with the permissions.

EWS was turned off. Turned it on. Did not change anything. Outlook on PC works fine.
