[Solved] Billing Admin has full Access to everything?

Hi

We need to give one if our employees access to the billing reports of all companies, therefore i createtd a ad security group named billingadmins and a ad user named billing@localdomain.local, which is a member of the group billingadmins.

I then added the group billingadmins in CloudPanel under /settings > genereal > Biiling Admins.
Now, when i log in to CloudPanel with that user (billing@localdomain.local) i receive the follwing error:

“404 –  You have reached a dead link! Please press the back button or go to the dahsboard.”

I can then click the dashboard – link an from there i can access everything, including resellers, comapanies an so on.
Is this intended? I thoughtm a billing admin would be limited to only see the reporting section and has not access to anything else.

When you add them to the billing admin group they should only have read only access to everything (not documentation passwords)

Just make sure your billing admin groups and your super admin groups aren’t the same

Whoops, you are right.
Although the user is able to edit everything, he has no rights to save those changes.
