Hello,

I have to install ADSync to Sync the data from a customers AD to our datacenter AD that is managed by HCP. The sync does not work. Attached are the logs from the ADSync service. I have nop idea why it isnt working.

What version are you currently on? Also the ADSync does not create or delete users as of yet, it only syncs attributes and password [changes] if it finds a matching user (based on email address) between the environments.

Hello,

we have Version 3.2.0340 of Cloud Panel. The logfile is attached.

@rechenzentrumkraemer-it-de We have recently made changes and provided updates to the ADSync in the latest version of 3.2.0350. You have the email address populated in the local Active Directory that match the CloudPanel side, correct?

Yes, the email address is the same on both sides.

@rechenzentrumkraemer-it-de We have made a considerable amount of changed in 3.2.0350 in regards to ADSync. I would upgrade CloudPanel and ADSync to that version to make sure it is working. The update also includes some bug fixes for some pretty bad memory leaks that were happening
