Within the new Versein 3.2 we can not add new Users to resellers. The only security setting is new group.

You never have added users to resellers, they are added to companies. Ate you getting an error or something we could look at?

We dont have the option to add a user, only groups.
How to give resellers the right to add customers if they dont have a user to log on?

Basically the reseller admin must have a company under their own reseller.
