Realized that a plan needed to be added before company. Thanks

It shouldn’t let you add a company without a plan. What version are you running?

The latest. I realized that after adding the reseller I needed to add a plan before adding a company. Working now. Having issues with Public Folders. Followed your instructions however folder will show up under favorites in OWA but not in Outlook and when added it constantly prompts the user for credentials
