Is there anything specific about the name that could be causing this issue? Have you tried using a different name for the group or does it happen to all of them?

Nope. (I thought the same thing). Tried Test1, Tester1, Testing1, Test2, Tester2, Testing2, Test3, Tester3, Testing3. I have two multi-tenant environments (both CloudPanel latest version). One of them works and this one doesn’t.

Can you tell me the version of the DC on the one that isn’t working? What OS is it… give me some details of the enviornment

Exchange 2013 CU9
Server 2012 R2. All latest updates run.
Active Directory 2012 R2. All latest updates run.

Both environments are identical in their base setup.

SQL Server 2012 R2 running on the CloudPanel server.

Thanks for updating us! No idea why that would happen but it seemed to be something related to AD. If it shows up again then we can do a remote session.
