Need to send e-mail or text when a company admin adds, changes (enables/disables a?non-free feature)?or deletes an account. Maybe a SQL trigger for now. I’ll offer a bounty for this ASAP.
Maybe non-free is the wrong word. Basically existing item config changes don’t cost us anything, but new resource consumers do
– Adding/Removing a?new user
– Enabling/disabling citrix/e-mail for an existing user
– Adding/Removing domains
– Related to this would be unbundling storage from the “Plans” setup and let subscribers incrementally increase storage for company/group/user at $/GB. We don’t let company admins edit plans.
We’re not really pursuing resellers, but setup ourselves as one. So yes the notices should go to designated reseller “accounting” contact.
Speaking of permissions 😉 – would be nice to move the permissions setup to a global level so I’m not creating Admin and sub-Admin?permission profiles?for each company as added. Maybe a template repository if your structure requires it at the company level.
