The widgets on the dashboard and the reports report mailbox-related size as ‘b’

You will need to make sure the CloudPanel Scheduler is installed because that is what gathers that information. You can download it from the same place you downloaded CloudPanel. It is a Windows service.

How often does it run? I have installed the scheduler over 8 hours ago, but nothing has been updated as of yet.

By default most will be every 12 hours. If you look in the folder the service is running in you will find a logs directory to see if there is any errors… also there is a configuration directory with a file that you can adjust the times that every task runs.

I found the settings.xml with the parameters, I am assuming the values are in minutes. One thing I realized is there was no logon rights to the service for the user. I had reinstalled the scheduler and verified the service is installed with the credentials. I set <GetMailboxSizes></GetMailboxSizes> to 10 from 360.

The log only stated that the service was started. I will wait a bit and see if the scheduler is logging anything else.
