What permissions should I assign to the service account for CloudPanel?

Hello, I'm trying to assign the least amount of permissions needed for the cloudpanel user account. Right now it's a Domain Admin, but I'm wondering if it's possible to assign it a lower level access.

The account needs to be part of the Exchange Organization management security group because it needs rights to enable, disable and modify all objects within Exchange. Also the account needs full rights to the hosting OU you specify in the settings page of CloudPanel so it can create, delete and update objects in AD
