[Solved] Used GB not reported for Shared Mailboxes

Hi

Recently one of our customers had a shared mailbox created on our hosted exchange environment.
He then imported about 10GB of date from his old mailbox into this shared mailbox.

The problem is, those 10GB are not showing up in our reports from cloud panel, “Used GB” stays at “0”.
We tested this with othe shared mailboxes and the result is the same, the mailbox sizes for shared mailboxes are all reported as “0”.

We use version 3.1.1540.0 with the corresponding sheduler service, set to collect data every 2 hours.

Is this a know issue or is there somtehing wrong with our installtion/configuration?

This has been added to the next release. However, currently the sizes are not logged into the database so the scheduler will have to pick those up after you install the new version when it comes out within a month.

We are checking into this but it is looking like that was left out. We will need to get it added to the next release coming up.
