Hi,

I am having issues upgrading CloudPanel. I am able to install CloudPanel, however, when it comes to installing CP Scheduler, I get the following error

“Service ‘cloudpanel scheduler’ (scheduler.exe) could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services.”

I have tried running the installer as a local administrator, domain administrator and through an elevated command prompt.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Its because the user you used isn’t granted logon as a service rights. When that error comes up go to services.msc, then open the CloudPAnel Scheduler service, then manually type in the username and password again, click OK (it should prompt that the user was granted logon as a service rights), then click RETRY on the installer and it should complete.
