Was doing a bulk modification on 3 users ? tried changing plan and activesync plan. received attached error

That is a bug. I know it is already fixed in v3.1.0905 (not out yet) because the bulk modification was completely redesigned to include bulk updating user data like department, company, etc as well.
I don’t see where I fixed it in v3.1.901 (latest release) yet.
I’m hoping to have 3.1.0905 out Wednesday night.
Actually if you wanted to upgrade to 3.1.0901 and that didn’t fix it then I can send you a new DLL that will resolve it… I can’t do that on v3.1.0900 though.
we can wait. we dont do bulk modifications frequently – just wanted to let you know it didnt work.

Adam the bulk update was redesigned in the latest version. It also supports bulk updating different fields for users as well.
