2 days ago, one of our customers has migrated from our on-premise environment to O365.
So I deleted the mailbox and the domain for this customer from Cloudpanel.

Since the migration to O365 didn’t run as it should have, we want to re-create the domain in our system and add that mailbox in here (until Microsoft can solve the issue)
When I try to add the domain, i get: String was not recognized as a valid Boolean
What is causing this? How can I solve this issue?

This particular customer stayed on Office 365, where the initial problem was solved.
However, I still have that same error message, when I try to create a new Customer
See error in attachement

Please advise

Sorted, I changed ADV_ALLOWDUPLICATEDOMANIS from 0 to false and the error has stopped I can create new customers again.

@bertsaphico-be Thank you for updating. There was an issue with this in previous versions that would require a DB change like what you did.

Thanks for the feedback Jacob.

Just for your info: I did only change the database value after updating to the latest available version…
