if we create a new security group in CloudPanel, the sAMAccountName will miss underlines.
I cannot say when this changed, but it wasn’t like this before.
Example:
Creating security group -> Name: Testing_Group
The sAMAccountName -> TestingGroup
The format in Advanced Settings is set to “1”.
Could it be, that in Version 3.2.340.0 there was something changed?
I don’t recall us removing the _ completely but I do know we made some changes in case the underscore was the last character in the SamAccountName. I will have to look into that.

It does appear we are only accepting letters, digits and the @ sign when parsing the SamAccountName. The issue is those special characters cannot begin or end in the SamAccountName so we removed it completely due to errors it was creating.
