[Solved] regain access to cloudpanel after password change on AD

Hi
My collegue changed the administrator password of our domain via the Active directory. Now i’m unable to log in to our cloudpanel console.
What do i need to do to regain access???

Hello Bert!
You need to update the password if you were using that user on the application pool for CloudPanel in IIS. If that is done, you can login to the server that CloudPanel is installed on and go to the http://localhost/cloudpanel/admin/settings (/admin/setup in 3.2) and you can update the password there. You can access the setup page from the server it is installed on without logging in.
