Hello again,

while prepairing CloudPanel to be opened to our customer there where a couple of bugs found by our team.
May it also is an result due the regional settings, but we can’t view or edit created public folder plans. If we select a plan from the dropdown, we get the following error message: Error – Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Archiving Plans:
The information text at the company suggests that this is an optional field. If you leave the field empty, a message appears that this is a mandatory field.

ActiveSync Plans:
We can’t save the enabled “Allow unsigned installation Packages” property. If we save our settings, and take a look again into that plan, the checkbox is unchecked again.

In the permissions view, within the “Exchange”-group, there is an unlabled field, after I take a look into the web-inspector it seems to be the field for “View mobile devices”.

Best regards,
Kevin Kleinjung

Thank you! It seems the problems are solved now. When we talked about the CloudPanel internally, we came up with a useful extension for the CloudPanel: It would be an ingenious function to create e-mail signatures by company. 😉

Haha there has been talk about it. We already have a transport agent that can adjust routing, we would just need one that appends a signature to new messages. Currently we use CodeTwo which is a per-user license but works in a multi-tenant environment.

Public Folder Plans:
I checked our environment and it isn’t doing this. Do you think you can email a backup of your database to jdixon@knowmoreit.com?

Archiving Plans:
That indeed is a problem because it should be a dropdownlist

ActiveSync Plans:
I see this issue and will look into it. I also found another issue with looking.

Permissions View:
You are correct and we will resolve this.

We will issue an update with these fixes and some more fixes we resolved yesterday that were discovered. Thank you for letting us know, it has been a huge help. A lot has changed in this version and we apologize for the issues you are running into.

I was able to “fix” that problem with the Public Folder Plans by determine a company code within the table “plans_ExchPublicFolders”… By default if you leave the company field empty, in the table will be a “0”…
