Hello,
In our hosted exchange environment Out of Office gives the “Internal” reply to different companies within the hosted exchange environment.
We need the “External” reply for the different companies in this environment. Some don’t know eachother…
Anybody an idea how to configure this?

We do not have a solution for this and not aware of ANY solution. Our route by sender product can block the OOF from reaching the other tenant but nothing that we know of has the ability to stop the message and then retrieve the EXTERNAL OOF from the mailbox and send that.
It is basically hard coded
