no URL's available for the AddressBook MapiHttp endpoint
When attempting to run a CloudPanel customer through https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com I get an error that there is no URL available for the AddressBook Mapi. Testing a domain added directly through the ECP passes the MS test without issue. From everything I can tell, the OAB is returning the URL but the email address is not found in whatever OU the test is looking for. Thoughts? Thank you for any input!
Which test are you doing on that website? Also you need autodiscover setup for each customer domain using autodiscover redirect and/or SRV.
Can you provide the output of the failure?
First off, thanks for the quick reply! I am loving this control panel and am excited to get it fine tuned.
I am attempting the Outlook Connectivity Test. Multi-tenant auto discover is configured and functioning just fine. The error I get is:
<table class=”tb tbFixed” style=”border-style: none; width: 1190px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; table-layout: fixed; color: #000000; font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica; font-size: small; line-height: normal; widows: 1;” cellspacing=”0″ cellpadding=”0″>

On the mailbox plan in CloudPanel did you select “MAPI”? That is a common mistake because people see it and think its IMAP and leave it uncheck. Double check the plan and tell me if MAPI is checked
That would do it! What an amateur move! My apologies.
Now that I’ve enabled it, how can I force sync it to the existing accounts?
You will need to bulk edit the mailboxes and save it with the plan again or change it on the backend. You can bulk edit in CloudPanel and make sure you select to update the mailbox plan (setting it to the same one you already have) so it reapplies it
Cant thank you enough. You have saved me hours of headache.
Cheers,
Geoff
