Hi,
I had created a new company inside Dashboard all fine, added the domain that is somedomainname.com.ro as primary, activated the exchange, but when I try to create a mailbox for a user the domain dropdown is empty.
It can be that is with somedomainname.com.ro? I must modify something?
I also noticed that is not in accepted domains – where I must modify to put this domain in accepted domain?
Actually, I’m confused – if I edit the domain and put something else – Authoritative, External Rely or Internal Rely – the domain appears at user mailbox creation.
What is should be selected? Please help with some explanation. Many thanks.
If you want to enable a domain for Exchange you choose Authoritative, External Relay, or Internal Relay. These are Exchange terms and most likely you want to use Authoritative.
