Hi Jacob,
We have users who should only see 1 reseller – but see all resellers.
what table & field do i need to modify so that user “x” can only see reseller “y”?
and what value do i need to put in that field.

Only super admins can see resellers and that is set based on the security group they belong to in Active Directory on your settings page…
You can’t make one super admin see one reseller and another super admin see another reseller. Resellers are viewed by ALL super admins
