How do we configure mailbox size limits?
What I’m looking for is how to configure:
“Issue warning at (GB)”
“Prohibit send at (GB)”
“Prohibit send and receive at (GB)”
You set that on the Mailbox Plans. This is under Features -> Plans -> Microsoft Exchange -> Mailbox.
Whenever you enable a mailbox you select a plan for the user.
When creating a plan you only have the option to set the mailbox size.
There is no option to change the warning/prohibit-levels.
The warning is based on 90% right now and the Prohibit send and Prohibit Send/Receive is combined into the mailbox size. It sets both those values to the same.
So there is no way to customize it?
If not – consider this a feature request
