I am currently using the Cloud Panel provided by Know More IT. When I try to add a new company, I encounter the following error message: "The server is not operational." I have verified my input, and the issue persists despite multiple attempts.

Hi, I am currently using the Cloud Panel provided by Know More IT. When I try to add a new company, I encounter the following error message: “The server is not operational.” I have verified my input, and the issue persists despite multiple attempts. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this problem or let me know if there are specific configurations or checks I need to perform? Thank you for your assistance.

If you are on the latest versions, it uses LDAPS with port 636 now. Your domain controller needs to support LDAPS and have an SSL attached.

Keep in mind that the server CloudPanel is on has to trust the SSL. So if you create a self signed one, export it and put it on th CloudPanel server too so it will trust it
