I have done a fresh installation on W12K2R2 Englich with W12k2R2 German DC and Ex2013.
The configuration on admin/Settings works fine.
Now I will Login into /cloudpanel and get
404
You have reached a dead link!
Please press the back button or go to the dashboard.
Also the Redirect gone to http://localhost/CloudPanel/company//overview?
with double //
Any Idea?

I found the issue 🙂
In german the Domain admin Group is Dom?nen-Admins
I created a new groud in AD with the Name Hosting Admins and added the user inside the Group and added this Group in the /admin/Settings “Super Admins”
Now it works…

Glad you got it working Norman! Still not sure why you got a 404 because you shouldn?t have got that just because of the login.
Norman fixed by putting in the name of the security group for the OS language (wasn’t Domain Admins like it is in English)
