Force password change on next login

When forcing password change on next login. When accessing OWA it does prompt for new password.  But upon entering old password and new password (new password meets requirements) the system message keeps telling me wrong username or password and will not accept new password.

That is going to be an OWA issue and not really a CloudPanel issue. On the backend all CloudPanel is doing is setting the change password on next login in AD.

One thing to check is that both ECP and OWA are set to use UserPrincipalName instead of the default SamAccountName. I think I recall something in the past having an issue if you didn’t have them both set to the same.
