When we issue license files we typically issue them for a year out and renew them each year. I show yours was already updated to 2023 on our end but your instance has not received the new license. If you can, please restart the IIS application pool for CloudPanel or when it restarts it should get the new license. If it doesn’t, please email support@knowmoreit.com and we can send you a new one manually.
