[Solved] Error when creating user
Please see attached error when trying to save a new user.
@netechcomp The picture does not appear to have come through. Can you past what the error is?
Error
The operation could not be performed because object ‘e003ee3e-8a6b-4d4b-bf7d-43b9f792fa4a’ couldn’t be found on h3nserver.h3netech.local’
@netechcomp If you look in c:\Program Files (x86)\Know More IT\CloudPanel\Logs it should give more information. Typically this occurs when you have public folders enabled and someone removed the public folder mailbox on the backup. When creating a new mailbox user it tries to assign the public folder mailbox if they are enabled

@netechcomp Yes, this is most likely what the issue is. On the right menu at the top right choose public folder mailboxes and click the refresh button. If the list is empty then someone deleted the primary public folder mailbox. If you do not use public folders then go to the CloudPanel settings and uncheck “Public Folders Enabled” in the Microsoft Exchange section.
@netechcomp I’m going to send you a email with a link so I can connect to the system and look if you have time.
Issue was related to a distribution group being selected during creation that didn’t exist in AD but was in CloudPanel. Deleted the group from CloudPanel to resolve the issue.
