Hello,
I have added a new Company and added a lot of users with success, but get an error for one of the user “Error! A device attached to the system is not functioning.”
The user have a long name, 26 characters. Is there a problem adding long usernames?

No there shouldn’t be a problem. Please recreate the issue and email the logs to support@knowmoreit.com.
The log files are located in the Logs directory in CLoudPAnel

Looking at the logs.. the issue is because it is over 19 characters when ti formats the SamAccountName. However this shouldn’t be doing it and should be trimming the SamAccountName.
What version are you on?
