[Solved] disable SPF Check
Hello,
we updated our CloudPanel to the newest version. Now, the problem in our company is the spf record check.
We have more then 150 companies in our CloudPanel. Nearly no one having spf records on the domain, so we get the error that there is an missing value (in CloudPanel Setup -> Exchange the spf record check is empty).
Consequently, now we couldn’t set mailbox permissions, aliases etc..
Is there an option to disable the spf check?
Setting over 150 spf records just in time wouldn’t be that easy…
Thanks in advance for your reply.
Sincerely

Hi Jacob,
Chrome won’t to clear my cache as it should…
After rebooting System, it works! Thanks for that.
And yes, i know, SPF should set… unfortunally it is not in our decision to do this, but our customers.
I will brief them to think about it once more 🙂
Thanks again for your help.
Sincerely

The SPF check doesn’t stop you from settings email aliases or mailbox permissions. You may need to clear your browser cache because that is completely unrelated. As for the SPF check there is no way to hide that little warning symbol. Technically SPF is required these days because mail servers like gmail and others will just flat out reject email if it doesn’t see ANY spf record.
